Frances Rose Davidson

Frances Rose Davidson passed away peacefully on June 27, 2026, in Round Rock, Texas, at the age of 70, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on July 24, 1955, in Creedmoor, Texas, Frances lived a life defined by strength, adventure, laughter, and an unwavering love for her family. She was the proud mother of three children, Coe Wayne Moore, Jackie Mae Moore, and Erma LeAnn Martinez, whom she shared with Kenneth Lee Moore. Frances and Kenneth spent nearly 30 years together, building a family and sharing countless memories. Frances is survived by her loving children, Coe Wayne Moore, Jackie Mae Moore, and Erma LeAnn Martinez; her beloved grandchildren, Shelby Moore, Cierra Berube, Azlynn Gomez, Lynnzee Moore, Angel Martinez Moore, Dulce Gomez, Brian Martinez Moore, Kenneth Gomez, Giovanni Gomez, Zoe Martinez Moore, and Max Martinez Moore; her cherished great-grandchildren, Sage Martinez, Jamie Martinez, and Mateo Serrato; her brothers, Mark Davidson and Luke Macdonald; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives she touched. She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Davidson; her mother, Patsy Griffin; her sisters, Irene Van Buren and Tracy Mathis; her brother, Matthew Davidson; Kenneth Lee Moore, the father of her children and with whom she shared nearly 30 years of her life; her beloved granddaughter, Cianna Berube; and many other cherished family members. Frances truly lived life on her own terms until her very last breath. She was the life of the party wherever she went and never passed up an opportunity to have a good time. A woman of incredible strength, resilience, and determination, she faced life's challenges head-on and refused to let them define her. Throughout her life, Frances embraced every adventure that came her way. She dedicated many years of service to the State of Texas through Texas Health and Human Services, where she took great pride in helping others. Her adventurous spirit led her down many unique paths throughout her life. She drove school buses and limousines, was a professional arm wrestler, mastered the pool table, and was known for having a wicked poker face. She lived boldly, laughed often, and created unforgettable memories with everyone fortunate enough to know her. Frances was never the typical grandmother. She was fearless, spirited, and full of life. She loved her family with all her heart and treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She found joy in tending to her plants, searching for hidden treasures at the Goodwill Outlet, affectionately known as the "Goodwill Bins," and listening to her favorite blues music. One of Frances' greatest joys was watching hummingbirds. She loved their beauty, their resilience, and the happiness they brought her. Her family will forever think of her whenever a hummingbird makes its way to them, finding comfort in believing it is her spirit stopping by to remind them that love never truly leaves us. Though our hearts are broken by her passing, we find peace in knowing that Frances leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, laughter, resilience, and unforgettable memories. She taught us to be fearless, to laugh often, to love deeply, and to embrace every moment life has to offer. Her memory will live on in the stories we tell, the lessons she taught, the laughter she inspired, the family she loved so fiercely, and every hummingbird that crosses our path. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
