Family Yesenia Monserrat “Monse” Ramirez Martinez went home with God on April 27, 2025 at 1:43 PM. Monse was born on December 21, 2000, in Austin Texas, to her loving mother Beatriz Martinez and father Vicente Alvarez Ramirez. Yesenia was born into a family of five pending the birth of her younger sister and best friend Milagros “Mily” Ramirez Martinez. The relationship between Mily and Monse is the definition of best friends as they frequented coffee shops, spontaneous adventure, and were always searching for the perfect meal. Monse praised Mily’s choices as she progressed in her studies and got to witness her complete many educational achievements and Yesenia wanted everyone to know how proud she was of watching her leap over hurdles. Yesenia’s brother Modesto Rodriguez gave her one of the greatest gifts a sister could ask for, “El Cucuy.” Monse’s “Cucuy” is her stuffed animal that has survived alongside her for over 20 years. She treasured the stuffed animal because it brought a sense of great comfort and always helped her sleep. Yesenia would admit she called it her “Cucuy” because she was not sure what exactly the animal was, but after later research she understood it to be a Manatee and dreamed of seeing one in person. Yesenia’s oldest sister Beatriz Rodriguez, or as she would call her “Big Booty Betty,” gave her the privilege of being an Aunt to her very loved nieces Jamira and Betsabel Sanchez. Monse loved being the best Tia and enjoyed taking her beautiful nieces on adventures and specifically waterparks. She was Betsablel’s God Mother and Yesenia treasured every minute watching her nieces growing up. Yesenia loved watching Betty and her husband Peyin Sanchez grow as they journey through their obstacles. Yesenia cherished the smart and innovative mind of her brother Victor Rodriguez or how she liked to call him “Sensei Vic”. She enjoyed watching her brother complete major projects and knowing that he could fix anything whether it be automotive, household, or any major renovations. Monse would proudly show off the images of the major projects Victor would complete around the house. She continued to praise Victor as he went on his cycling trips around Austin and his Bike Polo tournaments. Yesenia loved hearing about his adventures after a long night of cycling. Yesenia got to call Cruz “Cookie” Rodriguez a big sister and a second mom. Yesenia cherished all the time she got to spend with Cookie from the many adventures they had to the numerous lessons Cookie taught her. Yesenia watched Cookie grow and take a leap of faith as she took a major role change in another company. Yesenia was so eager to share her sister's success despite the many challenges she endured. She admired Cookie for her bravery in driving her ginormous truck and in life. Yesenia’s godfather Ruben Sanchez was a rock in her life, she would light up any time Ruben and Cookie would meet up, or swing by the house. Ruben and Cookie made the leap to purchase property, and any time that Yesenia knew she was going out there she ensured she brought her volleyball net to sneak a few games in because of her competitive spirit. Yesenia was loved by so many more, this is such a small portion of those who held her so close to their heart like her God-Mother Silvia Sanchez who Yesenia loved seeing her kind smile. Luz Hernandez and Enemcio Padron were blessings to Yesenia and were graciously given the title of her Godparents. Yesenia entered into another family, and her beautiful smile would never go unnoticed. On December 11, 2020, Yesenia agreed to be Ty “Stinky” Williamson’s other half, and their relationship prospered. There were so many good times that a library would never have enough space for the memories. The love they shared is so unordinary that people only encounter it once in a lifetime. Yesenia quickly became great friends with her In-Laws Bobby and Theresa Williamson. Yesenia and Bobby had so many good times giving Ty a hard time or laughing at the dumb things that Ty did. Yesenia idolized the love Ty’s parents shared and hoped for a similar lifetime joy with Ty. Yesenia quickly became an aunt to Blane and Easton Williamson. Blane always asked where “His Yesi” was creating a strong relationship between them. Easton loved to play with Yesenia’s beautiful red hair, and always held it tightly. Monse quickly befriended Chance and Destinnee Williamson and established such a strong commitment and relationship to the Williamson family so quickly there is no doubt that she holds a place in everyone’s heart. Yesenia would agree that she only loved one person more than Ty, and it would be her baby Spikey. She would always explain that spikey held 51% of her love while she would share the 49% with Ty. Spikey stayed with Yesenia through everything and continued to be her rock. There are so many people that are involved in Yesenia’s life, all her friends, extended family, people she helped, the list could go on and on, so please understand not everyone could be named, but if you knew her, just know, she loved you wholeheartedly. Highlights Yesenia held so many titles and accomplishments in only 24 years. Yesenia graduated College with an Associates from Austin Community College. She quickly transferred to Texas State University where she completed her Bachelor's degree with ease. Yesenia was participating in one of the nation’s recognized Social Work Masters Program. She quickly found a groove and never looked back, her first semesters receiving A’s effortlessly in the Graduate program. Yesenia started a career at Williamson County Juvenile Detention Center where she excelled taking care of even the most troubled youth. Yesenia would teach the kids the necessary qualities to be productive in society, but will be remembered for her legendary volleyball games that the kids practiced to beat Supervisor Yesenia. Yesenia could see the mustard seed in any and all the youth she worked with, she hoped to make a lasting impact on the Juvenile Justice System, and she worked selflessly to ensure she would someday grant a lasting difference in the system. Yesenia and Mily frequented coffee shops with the hope to one day put all of their favorite characteristics in their very one coffee shop. Yesenia enjoyed watching the YouTubers share their story and she hoped that one day she would be able to share her own story and all of her adventures with her family, her sisters, her lover, any aspect she wanted to share. She wanted to specifically raise awareness for her repeating Migraines and mental health. Yesenia suffered some of the worst migraines that were completely immobilizing, and she would be forced into the shower, which was one of her favorite places. Yesenia was the type of person that always worried about other people before she even considered herself. An absolutely beautiful soul, that treasured the people around her and enjoyed watching their successes as if they were her own. Yesenia always accepted and welcomed anyone into her world, and wanted nothing but the best for all the people that surrounded her. If you were ever bullied by her just know that she was showing you love through that, innocently bullying someone was her subtle way for explaining that she wanted you to be around. If you thought you were going to get her back, be prepared for the quickest and funniest comebacks ever. She loved like no tomorrow, she held nothing back when it came to her love, and she will be forever remembered as someone who embodies the best qualities of a person without any effort. She effortlessly became such a huge person in everyone's life. Quería crear conciencia específicamente sobre sus migrañas repetidas y su salud mental. Yesenia sufría algunas de las peores migrañas que la inmovilizaban por completo, y la obligaban a ducharse, que era uno de sus lugares favoritos. Yesenia era el tipo de persona que siempre se preocupaba por los demás antes de siquiera considerarse a sí misma. Un alma absolutamente hermosa, que atesoraba a las personas que la rodeaban y disfrutaba viendo sus éxitos como si fueran suyos. Yesenia siempre aceptó y dio la bienvenida a cualquiera en su mundo, y no quería nada más que lo mejor para todas las personas que la rodeaban.
