Adam Quinn Lowrey

Adam Quinn Johann Lowrey, 26, passed away on October 12, 2024. He was born in Houston, Texas to Curtis Adam Lowrey and Lela McGraw on January 17, 1998. Adam was a sweet, kind-hearted, and gentle soul wrapped up within his "endearingly annoying" personality. Adam's desire, without fail, was to bring joy and laughter to all those around him. Likewise in passion, Adam loved and cared deeply for others. Adam's loyalty to those within his tribe was unwavering, and would always touch the lives of anyone in need with his willingness to help others without hesitation. Adam was strong-willed, never allowing other's opinions to define him, his actions, nor his values/beliefs. Adam was protective, hard-working, and faced each day with bravery, and he enjoyed spending quality time with his friends, family, and beloved dogs, Irish and Mookie. Adam loved music and attending concerts. He worked as an umpire for Select League and Pflugerville Little League; and later discovered a passion for cooking, baking, and making jerky. He and his father had a shared love of collecting Hot Wheels, and he loved hunting, fishing and camping with his grandfather. Adam was preceded in death by grandparents, Robert McGraw Jr. and Heidi McGraw; mother, Lela McGraw; uncle, Glenn McMann; and best friend, Seth Harper. Adam is survived by grandparents, James and Victoria Lowrey; parents Curtis and DeAnn Lowrey; sisters Tiffiney McDade, Brittnee Lowrey and Marie Lindblom; uncles Robert McGraw III and Yancey McGraw; aunts Karen Pfeiffer (Dennis) and Heather Taylor; nephew Cameron McDade and niece Kelsey McDade; and best friend Mackenzie Mace; along with numerous other beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Adam's infectious smile, witty humor, and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His sudden departure has left a void in the lives of those who knew and loved him.
