Edmond Tarpeh Saidu Sherman

Edmond Tarpeh Sherman, 71 years of age. Born and raised in Sierra Leone, West Africa. He passed away on August 30th, 2023. Edmond was born on May 27th, 1952, to Maseray Dumbuya. Edmond also had two other parents who helped raise him, James Sherman and Tity Sherman and later adopted him. All of his parents love and admire their son. Edmond was also blessed with 3 siblings, Felicia Sherman, Sylvanus Morrison, and Elizabeth Thompson. He was survived by his Aunt Mrs. Victoria Myers. He met a woman he didn’t know would become the love of his life, Beatrice Sherman. Edmond and Beatrice were together for 47 years He had 4 children, Edmontina, Theresa, Edmond jr and Edmonda. He had 24 grandchildren. He had 10 great grandchildren who he now leaves behind living in his memory. Nieces and Nephews include Miss Victoria Yonnohchea Kugmeh, Pastor and Mrs. Raymond Williams, Aryee K Williams, Miss. Agatha Jorsneh Williams, Mr and Mrs Andrew Williams, Mr. and Mrs. Levi Williams, Mr. and Mrs. Issachar Yayah, Mr. Theophilus Morrison. Other relation to the Sherman family, Kargbo Family, the Vincent family and The Williams's family. When Edmond wasn’t working, he loved spending time with his family even if it was just gathering in the living room to watch a movie together or tell stories. He also loved watching soccer for sports and his favorite team was Liverpool in England. He loved his family. His In-laws include Mrs. Salamatu Sherman and Mr. David Pentecost. Aunty in law include Miss Anne Marie Vincent, and uncle in-law Mr. Ola Pratt and family. Sisters’ in-law Mrs. Kezia King and family, miss Ayo P Thomas and family, Mrs. Gially Fewry and family, Mrs. Onike Deen, Mrs. Victoria Cole and family, Mrs. Augusta Nicole and family, Miss Judith Vincent and Family. Brothers in law Mr. Samuel Vincent and family, Mr. Olu King and family, Mr. Edward Osher Salter and family and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Mansaray and family. Close friends are Mrs. Francess Browne and family, the Kallon family, Abie Bangura and family, Mrs. Keturah Decker and family, Mr. Alie Samura and family, Mr. Samuel Harding and Family, Mrs. Marion Collins and family, Mr. Alimamy Dumbuya, Mr. and Mrs. Moses Elliot and Family, Mrs. Dora Kargbo and Family, Mr. Adonis Haffner, past and present members and staff of Dela Preparatory school and members of The Lord Is Our Strength Ministry. His loved ones will forever cherish and savor their memories with him. Through good times and bad times Edmond was loved by all who ever met him. He will be missed greatly.
