Timothy David Hill

TIMOTHY DAVID HILL, son of Charles Berry Hill, and Lorene P. Harp Hill was born January 29, 1958 in Sinton, Texas. At an early age he professed his faith in Jesus Christ in the Baptist Church where he was a dedicated member. He quietly departed this life and entered into the Kingdom of God on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 in Lockhart, Texas. His sister, Judy Schlichting, Niece Lori Armstrong, and friend Paula Phillips were so honored to be by his side when God’s angel came to take him home. He was predeceased by his parents, Two brothers, Louis Allen Hill of Austin, and Gerald Andrew Hill also of Austin, two sisters, Linda Kay Hill of Karnes City Texas, and Jacqueline Sue Hill Stahl of Lockhart, also two nieces, Sherri Leigh Flowers of New Braunfels, and Theresa Pacheco of Hilo, Hawaii. Timothy is survived by Charles Berry Jr and Mary Hill, of Kansas City Mo., Kenneth Leroy Hill of King, North Carolina, James Michael Hill of Austin, Joe and wife Christi Hill of New Braunfels, Marjorie Ann Rich of Angleton, Patricia Doris Hill of Angelton, Charlene Grace Hill of New Braunfels, Judy and Tim Schlichting of Seguin,. Angie Wieting of New Braunfels, and Hannah Hill of New Braunfels. His beautiful life will forever be cherished by his numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, and his very special friend of over 40 years Paula Phillips of San Marcos, Tx. Tim proudly and honorably served in the United States Army from 1978 to 1985 stationed in Korea and Hawaii. His passion was serving as practical nurse and a medical specialist. Tim earned the good conduct medal, professional development and oversees service ribbons, and expert levels in the M16 rifle and hand grenade. Tim was an exceptional artist, loved and excelled in music, and he played several instruments. While in the orchestra at Robert E. Lee High School in Baytown, Tx he was honored to play with the Houston symphony. One of his life’s highlights was Doc Severson of the Johnny Carson Show conducting their orchestra. Tim was a gentle and kind spirit who lived life as if there were no tomorrow, and will be sweetly remembered by many. He loved all of his siblings, his nieces, nephews, and friends with all of his heart. Tim loved every animal and they loved him. There will be a memorial service held to celebrate his life on December 10, 2016, at the family plot in Karnes City, Tx at 1pm and a gathering at St Cornelius Church, 605 E. Calvert Street, Karnes City, TX. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the CIMA Hospice, 300 Landa Street, New Braunfels, Texas 78130.
