My experience with Affordable Burial & Cremation was surprisingly one of the most pleasant, stress-free, and comforting experiences following the passing of my father. Every detail was executed with dignity, respect, and compassion. From picking up my father from the hospital in the middle of the night (we had not prepaid or made arrangements with Affordable in advance) to the phone call with co-owner Mr. Joe Falcon shortly after 9 am the morning my dad passed away to when I picked up my father’s ashes. What I will remember most about Affordable Burial & Cremation is their personable, humble hearts. They made one of THE hardest times in my life surprisingly and significantly better. Because they really care. Because they ease the burden and enter into this situation with each family. Because they’re experienced and handle all the details while freeing up the family to simply grieve. Mr. Cardon led the phone conversation with genuine compassion, never rushing into what paperwork was required or demanding us to pay before anything was done. As one of the first people I talked with only hours after my dad passed away, his calming presence was reassuring and felt very dad-like. Only after Affordable called to say my dad’s ashes and death certificates were ready to be picked up (well AHEAD of when they had estimated) did they send me an invoice. That was the first mention of a bill. They humbly led by providing excellent services, taking care of business first and foremost; this greatly eased my mind. For that, I’ll always be grateful!

A very well professional organized family business we lost both of our grandparents our grandma in Dec and shortly after we lost our grandpa in Feb Mr.Falcon made both of these processes so much easier and he was very down to earth and very understanding,Sympathetic, of what we were going thru. God forbids we lose another love in Death but if so we know where to go and that our loved one will be taken care of

Every visit we had with the Falcon family we were made to feel like family in professional environment. The day of services it was comforting to know they were there to handle everything, giving us time to say goodbye to our loved one. Staff was a huge help-made this painful and tragic time much easier.

Robert was awesome! He explained all our options and answered all our questions. He was respectful and polite and most of all efficient, this experience was made so much easier because of his help and professionalism. The staff was most helpful especially Kermit the dog! So happy that we chose Affordable Burial and Cremation Service for our deceased loved one. Our hospice company set us on a wonderful path when they told us about this option. Everything was handled smoothly from the time of body retrieval from our home to the time that I was able to obtain cremains and death certificates. Thanks to Robert and his entire staff for their caring and competence at this sensitive time for us.

Two years ago when my mother passed on i was very satisfied with their price. also their genuine kindness. robert and i associated over the phone {my choice} and on line i never had to go into his office. the gentleman who picked up my mothers body from the nursing home had great sympathy for us. we followed him to his car. when he was done before he left he gave each of us the biggest hugs and took his time talking to us. when he delivered my moms ashes i wasn't at my sisters but when he got off the car my sister started crying and he gave her a beautiful hug we both appreciated his love and kindness.that meant so much to us ,to this day i still remember those moments with the their staff. i too will make arrangement through them again for myself. .so thank you robert for your services.your a+

I want to say thanks to Mr. Falcon and his staff for helping my friends and I through a very tough time. At the very unexpected passing of their 6 week old son, my friends were, of course, devastated and I took over much of the planning for the service. Upon initial contact, Mr. Falcon was much more helpful than other providers I had contacted who were recommended by the social workers who came to support the family. I got up-front, straight forward information right from the start and at no time did they try to up-sell us on anything. The parents are simple people and wanted to keep this as simple and as natural as possible...returning their little boy's ashes to the ground to feed the growth of a memorial tree they planted in his honor. We got exactly that and they went really out of their way to help us expedite the cremation to fit in with the schedule we had set for the memorial service, not realizing the bureaucratic hoops we had to jump through to get the process completed. An incredibly tough time was made as smooth as possible by their help, compassion, availability, and professionalism. Thanks for making a difficult process a little less difficult.

Affordable Burial & Cremation Service did an excellent job handling all the details we had concerning the funeral and burial of my father. Robert Falcon tried to make it a smooth and gentle time for my sister and I in planning. When we ran into some trouble with the burial part of the service, Robert stepped in and succeeded in placating the burial company even though that was not the original agreement. Robert is a very honest and up front man. He will guide you and tell you about all your choices in planning. He does leave all the decision-making up to you. It is nice to know that you are making informed decisions. I recommend that you contact Robert first before you contact any other funeral or cemetery director. It could save you trouble and extra money. Using Affordable's building for the viewing of my dad was a perfect plan. Two hours worked well, and there was a nice flow of people in and out. It was a more intimate setting than other places would be. I would recommend this family owned business for many reasons - it is family owned and their reputation is important to them, they are honest, they are definitely affordable, they are professional, and they are available whenever you need them. I am very grateful to them for what they did for my father and my family during our time of need! Thank you Robert and Affordable Burial & Cremation Service!

Robert was amazing! Everything is simple with them down to the last detail. They are a blessing to me and my family, my mother passed unexpectedly and had no insurance these amazing people stepped right in. No 6-7 THOUSAND dollar bill here. My brother passed away in September. I was not new to the loss of a loved one and was dreading the expected high cost of end of life arrangements. In the past I dealt with funeral directors that were pressure sales men like vultures hovering to pick your wallet clean. A friend told me about Mr Falcon, owner of Affordable Burial & Cremation and I made a appointment with him. The office is no frills but comfortable and clean. Mr Falcon is the most pleasant man and very professional. He was comforting and kind. He presented his services clearly and with a price that was unbelievable. A dear friend had passed away the month prior and her family went to one of the local funeral businesses in Killeen that have been here for many years. The cost was $3000.00 just for cremation and urn, nothing more. Mr Falcon gave me a cataloge of urns with price list to choose from. He walked me through each step, explaining the process and the costs. I was able to cremate my brother for $1056.00 urn and 10 death certificates included. No hidden "transport" costs, no hidden anything! He returned my calls promptly, answered my questions honestly and handled my brother with care and dignity. Mr Falcon will do what ever it takes to meet your needs in a wonderful, loving, caring and professional manner. In a time when finances are tight, he offers a economical answer to what used to be a nightmare for the grieving family. I have decided to make Affordable Burial & Cremation my personal choice when I am called home. I will be able to rest in peace knowing my family will have Mr Falcon to guide them through the final arrangements of my life end. I have told every person I know of my experience with this company and encourage them to seek his services in the future in their times of need. I highly recommend this company to anyone and encourage all to at least meet with him and explore the options he offers.

My Aunt passed and she did not have insurance, Affordable cremations was very reasonable and they where very professional. They took care of all the paperwork and even hand delivered the death certificates. I was very pleased with the service and they even use flags to cover veterans and service personnel. For their professionalism and respect for the family as well as their attention to detail I would recommend this group any time.

When my Dad passed away, Mr. Falcon, came to get dad and he was very respectful to the whole family. Throughout the planning Mr. Falcon treated my Mom, along with us kids, with all the respect in the world and took the time to listen to us and as a result the funeral was very fitting for my Dad. Put your loved one to rest with dignity. Once the call went out they showed up dressed nice to collect my mother. She was shown the respect she deserved. They dont hound you for payment until the actual process is underway. I highly reccomend this place.

My family used Affordable Burial & Cremation for our father's service and our mother's service which were just one month apart. Both services were perfect for what our family wanted and very reasonably priced. We were able to select what we wanted and opt out of what we didn't want and without any pressure. Mr. Falcon, the owner, is even going out of his way to help me get my mother's death certificate amended. His staff - both administrative and in the field (like the people who picked up our parents after their passing) - are very caring and courteous. We also had pre-need contracts through Cliff Hall, a gentleman Mr. Falcon introduced us to. I cannot say enough nice things about Mr. Hall's professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. He was exceptional. I recommend using Affordable Burial & Cremation if you want reasonably priced services and attention to detail regarding each family's unique needs or beliefs. I would use this company again as well as the pre-need services offered by Mr. Hall.

On behalf of my son and myself, we could not be more satisfied with the service provided us at this most devastating period of our lives. You were kind, efficient, professional and to my great wonder, you did not try to pressure us in a financial burden that we could not have afforded. We understand cremation and funerals have a business component, which can, at times, be intimidating - especially when one is in grief. Your service at no time tried to talk us into something that was not in our wishes and more importantly, were not the wishes of the deceased. I admire that greatly. We enjoyed that you are a small family business and that allowed us to get to know Tisha and Robert and we weren't shuttled through phone message machines. Our calls were promptly returned and all questions were answered with the greatest respect for our loved one. Robert handled my situation with professionalism and respect while maintaining the dignity and the privacy my mother deserved. Robert delivered his vast knowledge and experience with a direct yet compassionate approach, detailing each process, which enabled me to decide how best to honor my mother’s wishes. Both Robert and Jesse answered my every question patiently. Their prompt feedback and follow up set my mind at ease and let me know this was one less thing I had to worry about. The company also offered online grief support delivered via email. These daily affirmations have become part of my daily ritual of transforming my grief. Rather than being treated as “just another customer”, I was treated as a friend. Thank you Robert for helping me at a most difficult time.

During a time of mourning and grief where some funeral businesses would choose to take advantage of their clients, Mr. Falcon was a breath of fresh air and assisted me every step of the way through my mother's final preparations. He never once tried to take financial advantage of me and followed my wishes without hesitation and provided me with support at a time where I needed it the most in my life. The professionalism and respect that I received was needed much and allowed me time to grieve over the loss of my mother. While I drove from another state, they brought my mother back from Round Rock so that I could say goodbye to her. Not everyone would have done that and the closure it brought was sorely needed. Affordable Burial & Cremation is now the standard for me in terms of the funeral industry. There are not enough "thank yous" in the world to adequately capture my gratitude. Thank you for everything.

My mother recently passed away on March 8th. I chose Robert Falcon and Affordable Burial and Cremation Services after they were recommended to me by the Hospice Social Worker. I was very skeptical at first but as soon as I met Robert all of that skepticism vanished. He made the whole process very easy for me and also took care of filing the insurance claim. I only had to give him the basic information that he needed and he took care of the rest! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an alternative to the traditional funeral home services which are at the very least very opportunistic during a very troubled time. Robert meets with you in the comfort of your own home, on your turf, and makes the whole process less difficult. I would call on him again if I needed his services and will ensure that my family use him for my own final arrangements.

I cannot say enough great things about Robert Falcon and his staff. My father recently passed away and we did not know what the next steps were in the burial process. Mr. Falcon spoke to us on the phone and set up a meeting, in my home, to discuss details. He did not pressure sell to us and was very patient, considering our emotional state at the time of his visit. As my father was a military veteran, he was draped with a flag when he was transported from hospice. My father was very proud of his service to his country and Affordable Burial & Cremation Service pointed us in the right direction as to contacting the Veterans Administration about his death. Once my father was cremated, Robert personally delivered his remains, the death certificates and his military flag. I am so glad that we chose Affordable Burial & Cremation Service because they not only provided the cremation services that were affordable, but did it with great empathy.
